Astrocard® - Rehabilitation
Hardware and software system for cardiac rehabilitation
The Astrocard® - Rehabilitation cardiac rehabilitation system is designed for phased rehabilitation treatment using various training programs and exercise equipment.
The system can simultaneously control up to 10 cycle ergometers or treadmills and supports:
- various internationally accepted training and rehabilitation protocols
- heart rate-controlled protocols
- workload-controlled protocols
- constant-workload protocol
During training, the system performs continuous ECG recording (up to 3 channels) and monitors key ECG parameters (heart rate, ST segment and arrhythmias).
Both wired and wireless recorders can be used.
For patients with a pacemaker, the system supports recording of a dedicated channel with pacemaker spike detection.
The digital filter system ensures reliable ECG recording under various interference conditions.
The system provides logging of the entire training session, with subsequent retrospective review and analysis of the session recording.
The system includes a dedicated database of training session records with an integrated CD/DVD manager.
Cardiac rehabilitation may be used for patients with the following cardiovascular conditions:
- Myocardial infarction
- Ischemic (coronary) heart disease
- Coronary artery bypass grafting
- Balloon angioplasty with or without stenting
- Chest pain (angina)
- Chest pain (angina)
- Cardiomyopathy
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
- Implanted pacemaker
