Holter ECG/BP monitoring system
Astrocard® Holtersystem is a new-generation system for recording 3- and/or 12-lead ECG and blood pressure and for analysing cardiac arrhythmias, ST-segment dynamics, pacemaker function, heart rate variability, high-resolution ECG and the QT interval, together with a wide range of additional capabilities.
The system has undergone long-term clinical validation at leading Russian research centres (the E.I. Chazov National Medical Research Centre of Cardiology, the A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Centre for Cardiovascular Surgery, the A.V. Vishnevsky National Medical Research Centre of Surgery, the National Medical Research Centre for Children’s Health, and others) and has repeatedly been used in international multicentre studies.
The system has unique clinical, technical and operational characteristics. Users can configure the system to meet their requirements.

Algorithms developed by our specialists over the past 30 years in close cooperation with leading Russian scientific and clinical institutions provide high accuracy in data processing and analysis and reliable results.
Building on this foundation, Astrocard® Holtersystem software continues to evolve and add new features, including patented methods. Its combination of analysis speed and high accuracy supports efficient clinical review, diagnosis and treatment.
Cloud technologies and mobile-device support make the system more convenient and efficient to use. The Holter ECG/BP monitoring software is compatible with ECG recorders, bedside monitors, central stations, telemetry systems and Astrocard® polysomnography systems.

- ECG transmission over standard mobile internet networks from any provider
- The patient can move freely between locations, cities and countries while the ECG is continuously transmitted to the cloud in real time
- iOS and Android apps allow the clinician to view and, when necessary, analyse ECG data from the cloud and monitor the patient’s condition in real time
- High-quality continuous 3-lead ECG recording can be performed for up to 30 days, with the patient replacing disposable electrodes under clinician supervision
- Monitoring can be ended early once the study objective has been achieved
The system supports wireless connection to a clinician’s mobile device through the HS Manager app.
