On 6 November 2024, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Health Minister Mikhail Murashko opened the new High Medical Technology Centre at the A.V. Vishnevsky National Medical Research Centre of Surgery.

During the visit, the delegation saw the Astrocard® – CardioEP II non-fluoroscopic system for intracardiac electrophysiology studies and the Astrocard® – Telemetry GLOBAL MONITORING system in operation.
