3. Purpose
To receive and process the enquiry, prepare a response or quotation, clarify the request, and contact the user through the channels they provided. Responding to an enquiry initiated by the user does not constitute consent to marketing communications.
4. Processing operations and methods
Permitted operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, making data available to authorised persons and infrastructure processors, blocking, erasure and destruction. Processing may use automated and non-automated means.
5. Access and processors
Authorised employees of “Meditek” Ltd. and its hosting and corporate-email providers may access the data to the extent required to deliver and retain the enquiry. Form-field content is not sent to Yandex Metrica and is excluded from Webvisor recordings and form analytics.
6. Duration and termination
This Consent remains valid until the Operator responds and the related correspondence ends, or until the user withdraws it, whichever occurs first. If a contract is entered into at the user’s request or the law requires separate documents to be retained, subsequent processing of the relevant data continues under an independent lawful basis.
After the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, processing under this Consent ends. If no other lawful basis applies, the data is destroyed, normally within 30 days.
7. How to withdraw consent
Send the withdrawal to info@astrocard.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing” or to the Operator’s registered address. Include enough information to locate the original enquiry. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before the Operator receives it.
8. Related document
The Personal Data Processing Policy provides detailed information about data-subject rights, security measures and other processing purposes. The form separately records that the user has read the Policy; that confirmation does not replace this Consent.
