This page explains in plain language what data is generated when you use the Astrocard® website, why it is needed, and how you can control its processing.
1. Who processes your data

2. What data is generated when you use the website
When you submit a request
The “Contact us” and “Request a quote” forms ask for your name, phone number and email address. The website also records the page from which you submitted the request, the date and time, and the versions of the documents you accepted. These details are used only to respond, prepare a quotation and continue the correspondence you initiated.
When you browse the website
The server receives your IP address, the URL of the page viewed, the HTTP Referer, the date and time of the request, information about your browser and device, and a session identifier. OpenCart keeps a technical record of current visitors and, when subsequent requests reach the website, removes records more than approximately one hour old.
Cookies and external services
Essential cookies maintain the session and remember the selected language and currency. Your analytics preference is stored in the browser’s localStorage. Yandex Metrica starts only after you select “Accept analytics” or save settings with Metrica enabled under “Manage settings”. The Google map on the Contacts page and embedded YouTube or VK Video content in news articles load only after a separate user action.
3. What the website does not do
- collect bank card details or payment credentials through the contact form;
- ask you to provide medical, biometric or other special-category data;
- include marketing communications in the consent for an ordinary enquiry;
- sell personal data.
4. Who may have access to your data
Only authorised employees and infrastructure providers that support the website’s hosting and corporate email may access the data; they must maintain confidentiality. If you allow analytics, technical data is sent to Yandex LLC through Yandex Metrica. If you choose to load the map, your browser sends a request to Google; if you load an embedded video, it sends a request to the owner of the selected video service. Ordinary external links do not send a request to their destination until you select them.
5. Your choices and rights
- continue using the information pages without submitting a form;
- allow analytics or use only essential technologies;
- open “Cookie settings” in the site footer at any time and change your choice;
- request information about processing, rectification, restriction or erasure of your data;
- withdraw consent by emailing info@astrocard.ru with the subject “Personal Data”.
