2. What Yandex Metrica does
After the user selects “Accept analytics” or saves settings with Metrica enabled under “Manage settings”, the website may send tag No. 111190399 the URL and HTTP Referer, IP address, cookie and localStorage identifiers, browser, operating system and device information, date and time, navigation events, clicks and other interaction events.
The tag settings include a click map, link tracking, accurate bounce-rate calculation and Webvisor. Before analytics starts, every input field on the website is marked for masking, and form submissions are excluded from form analytics. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, payment details and medical information are intentionally not sent to Metrica.
3. Who processes analytics data
“Meditek” Ltd. remains the Operator. It engages Yandex LLC, 16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow 119021, Russia, to process data through the service under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use. Yandex uses its own cookies and localStorage; its official help documentation contains the current list and retention periods.
4. Your choices
- The external Metrica script and fallback pixel do not load before explicit permission is given.
- “Accept analytics” records consent to Metrica and starts the deferred tag code.
- “Manage settings” opens a separate panel. Essential technologies cannot be disabled, but the Metrica checkbox can be cleared before saving.
- Saving settings with the Metrica checkbox cleared records the refusal and does not limit access to the website.
- The browser stores the choice locally with its version and time.
- The “Cookie settings” button in the site footer lets the user change the choice at any time.
When the user changes from allowed analytics to essential technologies only, the page reloads and Metrica is blocked on subsequent page loads. Existing Yandex cookies can be deleted in the browser settings. The official Yandex Metrica opt-out tool is also available.
5. Google map
The map on the Contacts page does not load automatically. Selecting “Show map” sends a direct request to Google. Google receives the IP address and other technical request data and may process it under its Privacy Policy. Declining the map does not prevent the user from viewing the address and phone numbers as text.
6. Legal basis and withdrawal
Separate user consent is the legal basis for optional analytics. It remains valid until the user changes the choice, clears browser data or the settings receive a new version. Withdrawal takes immediate effect for future loads; processing lawfully completed before withdrawal remains lawful.
